Sarah was born and raised in Duluth, Minnesota, where she attended the College of St. Scholastica. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Health Sciences, a Minor in Psychology, and a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.

Sarah has always loved working with and mentoring kids and grew up working at summer camps. She spent several summers in Alaska volunteering as a lifeguard, counselor, and cook at a summer camp for kids until officially moving to Alaska in 2016 and starting her career.

During that time, she got married and started a family. Sarah enjoys being outdoors, hiking, fishing, skiing, snowboarding, watching hockey games, and exploring the beautiful state of Alaska.
