Chelsea
PT, DPT
Chelsea was born and raised in Indiana. She received her Bachelor’s of Science from the University of Indianapolis, majoring in Exercise Science with a minor in Business Administration. She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2017 from Trine University in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Since graduation, Chelsea has remained dedicated to the field of pediatrics. As the Clinical Director for Playful Learning, she leads a team of therapists while continuing to treat patients herself. She has pursued continuing education in a variety of areas, with primary treatment techniques including pediatric pelvic floor dysfunction, functional electrical stimulation, treatment and management of torticollis/plagiocephaly, Total Motion Release, Dynamic Movement Intervention (DMI), and Craniosacral therapy. Chelsea has experience treating a variety of neurological pediatric disorders and specializes in treatment for infants diagnosed with torticollis.
Outside of work, Chelsea enjoys spending time with her two young children, husband, dog, and two horses. You can often find her out fishing, off-roading, or spending time down in Homer.
