Mia is currently studying at the University of Alaska Anchorage, where she is pursuing a degree in Psychology with minors in Art and Children’s Mental Health. She is a passionate advocate for mental wellness and hopes to make a lasting impact through early intervention. Mia‘s goal is to become a pediatric therapist where she hopes to create a safe, welcoming space where children feel heard, valued, and supported as they work through life’s challenges. In her career, Mia plans to specialize in trauma-informed therapy, helping kids build resilience, process difficult experiences, and grow into confident, emotionally healthy individuals within the families of our community.

Outside of her academic and professional goals, you can find her creating art, reading, writing, and caring for her ever-growing collection of houseplants. She’s a proud cat mom and a dedicated fan of metal music—attending as many concerts as possible! Mia is excited to be part of the team and looks forward to connecting with you and your kiddos in the office!
